Located on the southeast corner of 180th & F in West Omaha, Wood Creek is an affordable mix of split-entry townhomes, multi-level and two-story homes. The neighborhood sits in a great location in a growing part of southwest Omaha, with large lots and open fields to the west and Zorinsky Lake to the northeast.
Wood Creek is part of the Millard Public School District, which has a great reputation. Rohwer Elementary is right on the north end of the neighborhood, Russell Middle School and Millard West High Schools are both a couple minutes south off Q St.

You can also run or bike around Zorinsky Lake, one of the most scenic areas in the Omaha metro. For your daily shopping, HyVee and Walgreens are right on 180th & Q, with banks and fast food options nearby; Village Pointe is only 10 minutes north on 168th, and the Nebraska Crossing Outlets just 15 minutes southwest.
For commute time, you have the option of heading east on Harrison to hop on I-80, or head north to West Dodge Rd to meet up with I-680 and I-80. Either way you’re about 30 minutes from downtown Omaha in good traffic.
