Winchester Heights is located at 132nd and Crown Pointe Ave in northwest Omaha. You’ll notice a variety of styles from ranch to split entry to two stories, so this neighborhood is an attractive option for those looking for their first home as well as those with a younger or smaller family.

For your commute, your best bet is heading south on 132nd to Dodge then east to hop on 680, putting you around 15 minutes to downtown Omaha in good traffic.
