Walnut Grove Neighborhood & School Information
The Walnut Grove subdivision is located on 144th and Q in an established part of southwest Omaha. The typical home here is a split-entry built between 1975 and ’85, although you will see the occasional raised ranch or larger 1 ½ story home here. As you drive through you’ll notice the mature trees and landscaping, with Englewood Park on the east side of the neighborhood and Walnut Grove park bordering the west side, with a one-mile trail that connects to both Zorinsky Lake Trail and the Q Street Bike Path.
Walnut Grove is in the Millard School District – one of the best in the state – with Bryan Elementary inside the neighborhood and Millard South High School right across Q St.
