Trendwood Neighborhood & School Information
Trendwood is an established part of southwest Omaha, along Pacific Street from 132nd to 139th Streets, and as we drive through you’ll see a mix of split entry, multi-level, tri-level and even some two-story homes. The subdivision is close to Montclair Community Center with a swimming pool, walking trails, tennis and basketball courts.
Trendwood is part of the Millard School District, with younger kids attending Montclair Elementary right on the southwest end of the neighborhood. Older kids will attend Millard North Middle and Millard North High Schools, both a 5 minute drive west.

For commute time, you can either take West Center or Pacific to 108th to hit 680 to I-80, putting you about 20 minutes from downtown Omaha in good traffic.
