Springbook Neighborhood & School Information
Springbrook is an affordable neighborhood located around 78th and Sorensen Parkway in northwest Omaha. Unique to Springbrook is its Community Garden, which offers residents access to nutritious foods and helps family food budgets while also preserving green space.

For your daily shopping and dining, you’re a couple minutes from the 72nd and Sorensen intersection, with SuperTarget, restaurants like Applebees and Famous Dave’s and the Regal Cinema movie theater. Go a few minutes west to find Walmart Supercenter on 90th & Military, or hop on 680 and get to Westroads Mall or Village Pointe in less than 15 minutes.
If you like to be outside, the 5-mile long Sorensen Parkway Trail is great for a jog, and you’re less than 15 minutes both Cunningham Lake and Standing Bear Lake, with their trails, camping, boating and fishing options. For fresh fruits and veggies, Wenninghoff’s Farm is a staple in this part of Omaha and is just a couple minutes west on Sorensen Pkwy.
The Sorensen Parkway links North 30th St to North 90th St, so taking Sorensen Parkway and Kennedy Freeway usually gets you to downtown Omaha in only 15 minutes.
