Southridge Neighborhood & School Information
Southridge is located at 132nd Street and Chandler Rd in one of the most desirable areas of the city, and you’ll notice the variety of homes, including some larger custom-built homes, and the Southridge Meadow Park makes this a perfect area for families of all sizes. You’re also close to Timber Creek Park, Sandoz Park and the Discovery Soccer Complex.
Southridge is part of the Millard School District, with Rockwell Elementary right across the street in the Millard Highlands subdivision. For older kids, Millard Central Middle and Millard South High Schools are less than 10 minutes north.

Southridge Shopping & Lifestyle
For your daily shopping, HyVee and Super Saver are just north along 144th St, or go northeast to find Walmart, SuperTarget, Home Depot, Sam’s Club and the shops of L Street Marketplace. Village Pointe is only 15 minutes north on 168th, and Oak View Mall is even closer on 144th & Center.
If you like to stay in shape, check out the huge, family friendly Lifetime Fitness on 170th & Center. For family recreation, check out Boulder Creek Amusement on 144th & Millard Ave, or Chalco Hills Recreation Area just 10 minutes southwest off 144th & Giles.
If you’re in the mood to grab a drink or watch the game, check out Addy’s Sports Bar & Grill or Pheasant Bar & Grill just off Millard Avenue. Or bring the kids along to the Amazing Pizza Machine in Millard Plaza on the north end of the subdivision.
For commute time, your best bet is heading northeast on Millard Avenue to Industrial and getting on I-to at L St, that way you’re less than 20 minutes to downtown in good traffic.
