Regency Neighborhood & School Information
Regency is the classic preeminent neighborhood in Omaha, located near 90th and Dodge on the east side of I-680. For more options, Westroads Mall is just up the street, and Village Pointe, the Shoppes at Legacy and Oak View Mall are all within 15 minutes, putting you close to Omaha’s most popular restaurants and nightlife spots. You also have some of Omaha’s best fine dining options right down the street on 132nd & Dodge, including Biaggi’s, Charleston’s and Mahogany.
For the golfer in the family, Regency is within 5 miles of 11 different courses, including Pacific Springs, Shadow Ridge, Elkhorn Ridge, Indian Creek and Champions Run. If you commute downtown, you have a few options. You can take Dodge or Pacific a few blocks west to I-680, and connect with I-80 to get downtown in around 20 minutes in good traffic, or take Dodge straight downtown, which can work better at certain times of day.
