Parkside Neighborhood & School Information
Parkside is located on the southeast corner of 144th & Pacific in an established part of southwest Omaha. Here you’ll see a mix of split entry, multi-level, tri-level and even some two-story homes. In addition to Parkside Park running through the neighborhood, you’re also close to parks in Trendwood, Harvey Oaks, Cottonwood and Pacific Meadows.
Parkside is part of the Millard School District, which has a great reputation. Younger kids will attend Montclair Elementary; right on the southeast edge of the neighborhood, and older kids will attend Millard North Middle and Millard North High Schools, both within 5 minutes.

For your daily shopping you’re a few minutes drive to Bag ‘N Save on 144th, along with fast food and casual dining options like Q’Doba, Old Chicago, Romeos and Genji Japanese Steakhouse. Oak View Mall is just a couple minutes further south, and you have Westroads Mall, Village Pointe and the Shoppes at Legacy all within 10 minutes.
If you’re looking to get outside on the weekends, Zorinsky Lake is just a few minutes west around 156th & Center, and it’s a perfect location for golfers, just minutes away from courses like Westwood Heights, Pacific Springs, Champions Run and Eagle Run. For commute time, you’re best bet is taking Pacific and 108th to I-680 and link up with I-80, putting you about 20 minutes from downtown Omaha in good traffic.
