“Nothing about this process was what I expected, and I mean that in the best possible way. I don't really know 'what' I expected this process to be like, but looking back I don't know why I was even the slightest bit stressed out. Jenn was absolutely amazing, from start to finish, any time there were questions she was right there with an answer! Jenn was extremely friendly, and accommodating (Especially considering we were buying a home during a global pandemic!) at no point did we feel misled, pressured, or rushed.. Even after our closing Jenn has been in touch, we had a question as we lost the Alarm codes we were provided at closing for instance (Which is 100% our fault) but Jenn replied right away and got them for us again, and not even just with questions but multiple times she's checked in just to ask how unpacking is going and to congratulate us on our new home.. It feels more like I had a friend helping us buy a home than someone I had literally never met before November!”
