As we kick off 2016, I’d like to take a moment to thank our clients that worked with our team last year. In fact, we served 580 families and friends buy and sell their homes. Thank you to everyone for their continued support and positive sentiment! We’re also thrilled to announce and showcase our new office at 180th and Dodge. We have a state of the art office and the latest tools and technology to better assist our buyers and sellers.
Additionally, I’d like to discuss the local market forecast this year. We’re at an incredible point where we have fewer homes on the market than the number of licensed agents in Omaha. It’s a seller’s market with 2.5 months worth of inventory out there. Despite everyone reporting about increased interest rates, they’ve actually decreased to around 3.5% to 4%.
