You should plan on spending about $2,000 or $3,000 for these kinds of fixes.
If you’re in a situation where you aren’t able to spend that much money for some repairs, we always tell our clients to do the best they can to clean the house up and declutter it. Of course, you must take the fact that your house isn’t in perfect condition into account and price it accordingly.
