New Tech: kwELITE Is Pulling Out All the Stops in 2020

Today we’re introducing some amazing new tools and partnerships to better serve our clients. Here’s what they are. 

 

It’s 2020, and our agents are powered by technology to help you save time and money. If you’re considering putting your house on the market this year, we’d love the chance to sit down and share a customized listing presentation with you. 

In this presentation, we cover Step A through Step Z of getting your house on the market and maximizing your profitability. In detail, we explain how exactly we’ll sell your house for the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, and with the least amount of energy. 

This year, we have some exciting new advancements we’re incorporating that are aimed at helping you achieve your real estate goals. One of these tools is virtual reality; when we meet with you, we’re going to share with you the type of virtual experience a potential buyer could have going through your home using Matterport technology (0:45 in the video above).

We’re partnering with a professional staging company that will visit with you to make sure your home is in its very best condition before going live on the market. 

We also have a partnership with a professional photographer and videographer, allowing us to use drone footage to best showcase the exterior of home as well as create a 3D Matterport rendering of the interior—think Google Street View, only inside your house! 

In addition to these awesome advancements, we’re rolling out a lot of other custom tools for our clients this year.
