kwELITE’s ‘We-Work-Hub’ is available to Omaha community

The Omaha community was the driving force behind kwELITE Keller Williams and its headquarters at 17838 Burke St., Suite 102, for Founder Jeff Cohn.

The space was designed as a one-stop-shop tech-powered office that provides clients a simple, customized home buying and selling experience. People have the ability to meet with their real estate agent, mortgage lender, title company and insurance agency in person there or virtually thanks to the installed technology in the building.

The headquarters was designed as a “We-Work Hub,” providing co-working spaces where workers from different backgrounds can come together to share expertise and explore new ideas.

Besides kwELITE, Aksarben Mortgage, Aksarben Insurance, Platinum Title and Escrow and Aksarben Property Management are among the entities that use the space regularly. But, Cohn stressed, it’s open to anyone.

“The idea was to make this a one-stop-shop for the consumer,” Cohn said. “We wanted people to be able to take care of everything in one place, in person or virtually. And this was all done prior to COVID.”

The downstairs headquarters, which is in close proximity to popular restaurants like Pitch, Scooters and Village Pointe Shopping Mall, features a variety of spaces that can be rented at hourly and daily rates to fit all your needs.

There are six conference rooms that fit 10-12 people and come equipped with a flatscreen TV and camera that come in handy for meetings when some are attending virtually; a spacious training room that seats 100 people; a main room that boasts plenty of seating and a kitchen area; as well as a 300-square-foot state-of-the-art-podcasting studio. The podcast studio and training room also come with access to an in-house producer, who will record your meetings and events for your personal use later.

Cohn said offering a “We-Work Hub” in Omaha was about giving the community at large a space they can utilize for business meetings and events, as well as personal gatherings like birthday and anniversary celebrations.

“Our focus has always been to give back to the community,” Cohn stressed. “This is our home, and we want to make sure we’re doing as much as we can to give back to our community.”
