OMAHA — Unity was the buzzword taken away from kwELITE’s October 2022 Stakeholders’ Meeting.
Founders Jeff Cohn and Renee Mueller, Designated Broker Karalyn Hoefer and the rest of the company’s leadership team sat united on Oct. 18th in the kwELITE Market Center in front of a packed room of realtors, admin staff members, teams from ancillary businesses and more.
The kwELITE Market Center, 17838 Burke St., Suite 102, opened in 2020 as a one-stop shop tech-powered office that provides clients a simple, customized home-buying and selling experience. The headquarters is home to Aksarben Mortgage, Platinum Title and Escrow, Aksarben Property Management and Aksarben Insurance, with kwELITE’s West Dodge indy office located upstairs in a separate but nearby office.
So in essence, consumers can meet with their real estate agent, mortgage lender, title company and insurance agent in person or virtually, thanks to digital technology.
The brokerage has experienced rapid growth throughout Nebraska since its inception, and with the three-year anniversary on the horizon in 2023, no new changes were announced at the meeting. Cohn reiterated there would be more of the same: Significant growth while utilizing best practices to ensure profitability for everyone involved.
It’s all under the umbrella of Elite Real Estate Systems, a national coaching and training company that prides itself on bringing live training and proven systems to real estate professionals across the world.
The Market Center, he said, will be expanding across the United States.
“Cities across the country are going to be attached to kwELITE, as well as our ancillaries and our best systems,” Cohn said. “And it’s going to create more value for all the companies here.
“The Market Center’s goals directly align with everyone’s goals: Serve the indies, serve the teams, serve the agent and make sure we’re all serving the consumer. And all our goals should be the same: Help each entity generate the most amount of money in the least amount of time with the least amount of energy.”
Over the course of the meeting, attendees also heard from Mueller, Hoefer, Director of First Impressions Beth Moore; Director of Marketing Stefan Brennan; Director of Shared Services Shala Blake; kwELITE MCA/Director of Operations Katie Peterson; and Ben Mathes, kwELITE West Dodge and Market Center team leader.
Each member of the leadership team reviewed their roles and best practices as the Market Center expands its reach beyond the Husker state.
“I’m 100% confident everything we’re rolling out is what’s best for everyone,” Cohn said, citing Indy locations, the teams at Indy locations, the agents, the team leaders, and, most importantly, the consumers.
“I’m very excited about the direction kwELITE is going.”
