As a real estate brokerage, moving days are everyday occurrences – for our clients. Now it’s our turn! As we get closer to moving into our new digs, our excitement mounts.
We’ve found the ideal setting in the newly-constructed Advent Building at 17838 Burke Street, Omaha, NE 68118, Ste.2. As a blank canvas, we could create our new corporate home exactly to our specifications.
This month, our signage was installed! We are thrilled to be that much closer to setting up operations in the kwELITE Market Center, which has generated extensive interest from agents looking to make the move to kwELITE.
When the 10,000-square foot office opens this fall, it will be the state’s first comprehensive, tech-powered real estate campus.
“The kwELITE Market Center is the hybrid office of the future,” says Jeff Cohn, founder and CEO of kwELITE. “It will offer the consumer a one-stop-shop customized experience, providing access to the agent and all the ancillary businesses, virtually and in-person.”
In addition to housing the kwELITE brokerage office, the Market Center will also include Elite Real Estate Systems, Dynamic Properties, Aksarben Mortgage, Aksarben Insurance, Platinum Title and Escrow, VRLY digital marketing, as well as a state-of-the-art virtual reality room and concierge services for clients and agents.
