Mark your calendars — kwELITE is kicking off 2023 in style.
The company will celebrate three years of rapid growth and ongoing success from 5-9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26th, 2023.
The headquarters, located in The Advent Building at the intersection of 180th and Dodge streets in West Omaha, is a hybrid high-tech office that is the home of kwELITE’s headquarters and numerous ancillary businesses (Aksarben Mortgage, Aksarben Insurance, Platinum Title and Escrow, Aksarben Property Management and Elite Real Estate Systems).
The venue’s six conference rooms, a 75-person training room and a 400-square-foot production studio are also available to the general public for use at normal cost.
Working with the West O Chamber of Commerce, the community is invited to come partake in a ribbon-cutting celebration for each ancillary business and the headquarters space as a whole. The ribbon-cutting activity will take place at approximately 5:30 p.m., with the celebration to continue afterward.
“This three-year anniversary is a celebration of growth and fortitude during one of the most difficult times in our nation’s history with the challenges presented by COVID-19 as well as political unrest. Despite all of the uncertainty and challenges, we have realized massive growth going from 30 to 120 agents in three years,” said Founder Jeff Cohn, noting the company has already opened eight satellite offices across the state thus far.
Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served during the festivities, and attendees are encouraged to dress casually in black and white. For Omaha native Cohn, the chance to celebrate the brokerage’s success and join the West O Chamber means a great deal.
“I would never have imagined we would be operating a 15,000 square-foot office just 3 miles from my childhood home. It has been wonderful to surround myself with people that I know, like, and trust and that share my same values. I’ve always believed that we should work hard and play hard. And that each person, no matter their role, should strive every day to become a better version of themselves,” Cohn said.
