While we can do that, we prefer to take things to the next level by outsourcing our staging and hiring a third-party professional staging company. They’ll take you room by room and make recommendations to present your home in the best possible light.

A lot of people think of staging as bringing in a brand-new house full of furniture and fixtures, but that’s not our approach. Our stagers make recommendations with furniture that you already own to make sure that we’re showcasing your property. For vacant properties, we usually recommend a light staging, but you don’t need to fill every room with furniture.
We find that homes that are staged or lightly staged make a huge difference. Buyers typically purchase homes that are staged much faster than ones that aren’t.
