Equals Ease and Innovation

Jeff Cohn announces transition to Keller Williams at the futuRE conference in Las Vegas

Ease and innovation are what people want. But they aren’t always what they get, especially not in tandem.

Just ask anyone who has tried to program the latest smart TV. The task leaves you feeling anything but. We can’t help you set up your television, but we can make buying or selling your home easy and innovative. Enter kwELITE, a branch of Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate technology franchise by agent count.

Jeff Cohn, founder of Omaha’s Elite Real Estate Group, will be at the helm of the new kwELITE Keller Williams Market Center when it launches in West Omaha. Currently, he is at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices-Ambassador Real Estate.

The new Keller Williams 10,000-square-foot campus will house kwELITE’s office, as well as the offices of Platinum Title and Escrow, Aksarben Mortgage, and Aksarben Insurance, making the campus a one-stop destination for buyers and sellers in need of title, mortgage, and insurance services.

Jeff and his team of 35 agents were the nation’s #1 selling team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices-Ambassador Real Estate. And now he is coupling proven real estate market practices with cutting-edge technologies and strategies to make home buying and selling more convenient – and effective –than ever before.

Virtual Reality rooms for touring homes. We have it.

A state-of-the-art training facility. Ditto.

Artificial Intelligence. Of course.

The result? Agents who are empowered to provide exceptional customer service and clients who are able to customize their buying and selling experience to include both virtual and in-person services

“I believe the agent and consumer demand a virtual office solution going into this next decade,” Jeff says. “This hybrid model allows them to complete almost every task virtually, while still providing them with a physical footprint.

“My focus in real estate has always been two-fold: first, serving the agent through coaching, accountability, and business mastery,” Jeff continues. “Second, serving the consumer by saving them money, time, and hassle. It’s a winning combination, and I’m all in!”

Watch the video above to hear Jeff announce his big move to Keller Williams and how his high-tech business campus, kwELITE, will be shaping the real estate game in Omaha and beyond!
