Our Director of First Impressions will greet customers at the door, offer them a refreshment (yes, please!), and get set up with our Concierge Service some of which includes transferring all of their utilities after they move!

Meeting with your clients has never been easier. Agents can have meetings in one of our six fully tech-loaded conference rooms outfitted with cutting-edge technology, like Mersive software, to make the buying and selling experience both easy and fun for clients. Each room has a 65-inch flat-screen with a built-in HD camera and soundbar – oh my!
One-Stop-Shop Solution
The ELITE experience doesn’t stop there. To give our customers the best experience possible, kwELITE offers them the ability to meet with insurance, mortgage, or title representatives right across the hall from where they will meet with their agent. Talk about ease and convenience!

kwELITE agents are equipped with best practices and are well-versed in the latest technology. Our 1,200 SF training room seats up to 50 agents for weekly training and one-on-one coaching sessions. All agents have the option to join virtually or in-person depending on their schedule.

Virtual Reality/Multimedia Room
Clients can also tour a home in 3 degrees or 6 degrees of freedom using the latest technology (Think HTC Vive Pro VR wireless headsets!). The multimedia room will also be utilized for agent headshots, podcasting, interviews, photography, & videography.
