Tech Enhances Agent Experience
Our six conference rooms are over-sized and high-tech to enhance the agent experience, whether it is in person or virtual. Each is outfitted with a 55-65-inch flat-screen TV and a wall-mounted soundbar with an inset HD camera, running with Mersive Technology that allows you to use your own device. It also works on both PC and iOS systems.
We offer this technology as standard to empower agents, making the buying and selling experience as easy as possible for their clients.
Accountability, Training & Technology
kwELITE agents are the most educated, most trained agents in the business, and we’ve dedicated 1,200 square-feet of our new space to training up to 50 students at a time. The training room is outfitted with two 75-inch and 2 65-inch flat screens that run Mersive Technology. Training is available physically for those attending in Omaha in person as well as virtually for distance learning for attendees across the country and globe.

Collaboration Is Key
The Market Center is a one-stop-shop, making us unique to the local real estate market because we offer all ancillary businesses to the real estate transaction – Aksarben Mortgage, Platinum Title and Escrow, Aksarben Insurance, Dynamic Properties (investing), Elite Real Estate Systems (training), and kwELITE real estate brokerage. Our open-space kitchen, beverage center, dining, and mid-century modern lounge area allows us to gather informally to swap stories, run ideas by each other, plan strategies, and just enjoy the company of like-minded real estate professionals.
And it’s pretty cool that the beverage center offers coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea, kombucha, hot water, wine, and beer and is equipped with a water filtration system that produces 250 pounds of ice daily. We know caffeine fuels creativity, so we feed the beast!
Our 300-square-foot multi-media room offers a Six Degree of Freedom (DoF) experience, running HTC VIVE Pro wireless virtual reality goggles to “walk through” any property. Users can click on the dollhouse icon to see the dollhouse view of the property, courtesy of Matterport. Floor plan views are also available, and measurement mode answers buyers specific questions, like ‘Will my couch fit through that door?’ immediately.
The multi-media room is also the home of our new podcast station, which produces five different podcasts, including the five-star-rated The Team Building Podcast with Jeff Cohn. And an added bonus is anyone working within the Market Center can take headshots and record videos to increase their exposure and gain additional clients.
Our goal, always, is to give agents the best tools possible and produce the best content possible to best serve our clients.
