Jenn worked extremely hard to make sure we could schedule video tours during times that fit our schedule and she was so helpful in ensuring we could “see” all aspects of the house. She was easy to get in contact with when we had questions or needed anything. She was a great resource and representative for us. This was our first time making a home purchase and we had a lot of questions. She took the time to explain things to us and seek out any answers when she was not certain. She is extremely friendly and professional. We Appreciated her input and advice on everything. I would 100% recommend her to family and friends (in fact, we already have recommended her to friends interested in making a home purchase). There was a small issue with the closing process between our mortgage company and the bank delaying our closing. It was difficult to seek answers and understand why it was happening. We ended up relying on Jenn to help us find answers and ensure everything was on track. We were thankful to have her keep communication open and advocate on our behalf during that stressful time. We would not use or recommend using the same bank in the future.”

“My wife and I are first time home buyers and didn't really know much about the process of buying a house. When asking some friends who recently bought a home in Omaha, they referred us to Lance Zechmann specifically because of their great experience with him during their first home purchase. Lance was a phenomenal agent for us in every aspect of our process! Lance is very down to earth, asked us what we were looking for in a house, location, likes and dislikes, and literally anything else we could think of pertaining to our purchase. He was extremely easy to contact at any time of day and also was EXTREMELY fast about getting us viewings when we told him the houses that we would like to see (from the list he tailored specifically for us). specifically we asked him 10pm one night to see 3 houses and got to see them all the next morning/afternoon. My wife and I appreciated his speediness and flexibility as we were wanting to move into our new house before my wife and I had our first baby (which worked with Lance's hard work!) He was also great about giving us advice on how to bid on a house and what questions to ask the sellers that we wouldn't have even thought of (like new roof and gutters for our new house after a hail storm a few years ago). We also appreciated his flexibility to work with us during our financial rocky road (being told that we were preapproved for loan by our bank person, and then having this pushed back until a later date). Lance worked hard to make this all work out for us and calm our anxieties on this process. He smoothed everything over and kept us sane in this crazy process. We would 10/10 recommend Lance for ANYONE who wants to buy a home, first time buyer or several time. We will be going back IF/when we sell our new house that we love!”
