I’m sharing exciting news about our move to West Omaha and all the new technology we’ll be implementing.
Recently we announced that we’d formally be launching kwELITE in West Omaha around January 2020. Today we can officially share that it has happened; we are now serving West Omaha! We’re currently operating out of a temporary space located at 135th and Dodge. Our official, 10,000 sq. ft., tech-powered campus is under construction at 180th and Dodge in the Advent building. Stay tuned for further information about that office and how it will specifically benefit our clients.
Our goal was to create a one-stop-shop solution for anyone considering buying or selling residential real estate—one in which you could meet with your agent, title company, insurance company, and mortgage company in the same space. We also wanted to be tech-powered by virtual reality solutions which can give you 3D walk-throughs of spaces that already exist and allow you to walk through spaces that have yet to be built. Our office will house a 20-by-20 ft. virtual reality room, giving you the ability to visit homes virtually.

We also pride ourselves on giving our clients the ability to search homes in virtual reality in the comfort of your own home, as well as be able to sign contracts and documents electronically.
