3 Ways Education and Training Build Agent Success at kwELITE

kwELITE agents are so successful for four reasons: education and training, technology and systems, lead generation, and mentorship. In the next four weeks we will do a deep dive into each, starting this week with agent education and training.  

  • Proven Success for Agents 

kwELITE prides itself on offering individual agents, team leaders, and entire teams training to scale their business to the next level. To this end, we have dedicated specific time every week to furthering our agents’ expertise.

We have a treasure trove of content – three months worth –  that we share every Monday between 11:15am-12:15pm. Then, we offer dialogue training specific to Monday’s content every Wednesday from 11:15am-12:15pm. Topics range from listing presentation training, buyer presentation training, negotiation strategies, and social media engagement. 

The Proof: Our agents average over 17 unit sales a year.

  • Team Leaders Can Dominate!

Just like agent training, team leader training is weekly at kwELITE. We have 12 months worth of content, focusing on the specific skills needed to build and scale a dominant real estate team, to share every Thursday from 11:15am-12:15pm. Training is delivered in person at our six state-of-the-art conference rooms, which feature 55-65-inch flat screens that run Mersive Technology.

With training, team leaders will stop selling real estate, which is just a job. Instead, they will be able to focus on building a successful real estate career.

The Proof: We were the fastest growing real estate team in history, going from 70 to 700 unit sales in six years and were #1 in the world. 

  • New Agents Learn the Ropes 

It’s not sink or swim with new agents. We offer agents joining kwELITE the kind of intense support that leads to success. The Certified Advisor Program, or CAP, ensures this success. We are with new agents for the first 36 career transactions to help them fully transition into kwELITE culture. 

In transactions 1-12, the level of support agents received is determined by the amount of time they have been in the business.

Transactions 13-24 focuses on growth. Agents receive productivity coaches, success managers, and curriculum that helps them advance to the third level.

Achievement is the goal of transactions 24-36. Traditional brokerages often fail the new agent, so much so that 19 out of 20 leave real estate after two years. We provide the exact curriculum, leads, accountability coaching, and support necessary to a long and successful real estate career.
