As a real estate professional , Angie Thiel is known for integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings. Keeping her finger on the pulse of the latest trends and movements of the local real estate market, Angie is able to offer her clients top-notch guidance from start to finish, ensuring the entire process is seamless, efficient and rewarding.
The key to Angie’s success has also been the result of her patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. She knows how to listen, is generous in offering information, and more importantly, knows when to stop talking. Her main intention is to understand her client’s needs and build a relationship that will last for years to come. When orchestrating deals for her buyers and sellers, Angie is a strong negotiator that is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. She is always advocating for her clients best interest while staying calm and keeping additional stress away from an already stressful situation. It is, after all, most likely the largest purchase most people will ever make.
Much of Angie’s extremely large extended family originated from the Greater Omaha area. She met her best friend and husband in Omaha before he became active duty military. They traveled to several states and overseas but there was always something calling them home to the Midwest. Now having been back in the area for many years she offers clients a seasoned knowledge of Greater Omaha and Southwest Iowa and an intimate understanding of what makes each distinct. Angie specializes in investment properties but is well versed in luxury properties and first time home buyer homes.
When not assisting others in the buying and selling process Angie enjoys time with her husband and 3 sons, trail running, fishing and the occasional skydive.
