“Nothing about this process was what I expected, and I mean that in the best possible way. I don't really know 'what' I expected this process to be like, but looking back I don't know why I was even the slightest bit stressed out. Jenn was absolutely amazing, from start to finish, any time there were questions she was right there with an answer! Jenn was extremely friendly, and accommodating (Especially considering we were buying a home during a global pandemic!) at no point did we feel misled, pressured, or rushed.. Jenn was happy to show us as many homes as we wanted to see and make adjustments based on our feedback! We did see a home that was PERFECT during an outing, but apparently it was so perfect someone literally put in an offer while we were still seeing houses! But by some amazing stroke of luck (Or she's seriously THAT good) she ended up showing us a house that was almost EXACTLY the same house, the only difference really is the way the basement is finished and the area but she literally found us ANOTHER of the house we loved but that sold before we could snatch it up, and at nearly $40,000 what the first one was listed at! Even after our closing Jenn has been in touch, we had a question as we lost the Alarm codes we were provided at closing for instance (Which is 100% our fault) but Jenn replied right away and got them for us again, and not even just with questions but multiple times she's checked in just to ask how unpacking is going and to congratulate us on our new home.. It feels more like I had a friend helping us buy a home than someone I had literally never met before November!”

The home was not a particularly expensive one it was a starter home for our son. We are not from the area and had to travel to Omaha.(3 hour trip) Jenn spent all day on Sat and Sunday showing us homes after we contacted her just 24 hours before because the realtor we had lined up canceled our appointment. As mentioned above, she represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. She is very smart and knows her stuff. She knows what a good heating and cooling system looks like. She knows foundations, if the house is wired properly, she knows the building codes, all the in’s and outs of a well-built home, but most importantly she knows the area. I was so confident in her knowledge of the structures and the area after spending two days with her; I did not even look at the house we eventually bought, she made the call. It turned out great for our son and she even talked my wife out of offering more money than we bought it for! These transactions can sometime become very complex and she handled the whole thing for us. Lance was a phenomenal agent for us in every aspect of our process! Lance is very down to earth, asked us what we were looking for in a house, location, likes and dislikes, and literally anything else we could think of pertaining to our purchase. He was extremely easy to contact at any time of day and also was EXTREMELY fast about getting us viewings when we told him the houses that we would like to see (from the list he tailored specifically for us). specifically we asked him 10pm one night to see 3 houses and got to see them all the next morning/afternoon.
