Andrew Schmidt

Andrew was born just on the other side of the river from Omaha in Crescent, IA. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in Council Bluffs and attended Iowa State University as a business major. He was an initiated member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity while at Iowa State. He later returned home where he finished his degree in business at Bellevue University.

Andrew has been in sales since his first job at a retail store and has been an entrepreneur since age 19 when he owned and operated a CollegePro house painting franchise. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Andrew was in insurance, financial planning, and banking. He will use his knowledge and sales experience to make sure that whether you are buying or selling your home, the process will be an enjoyable one.

Outside of real estate, Andrew loves spending time with his 14 year old son Blake, wife Morgan, fishing, hunting, and generally just being outdoors. Also he is the self-proclaimed 'Biggest Husker Fan Alive Today'.
