Christina Briggs has been in the real estate industry since the 70’s in California as an owner broker of First Properties, Inc. which specialized in the sale of land for the development of residential and retail properties.
For several years Christina was a Vice President for ValleyCrest Landscape Development headquartered in California and conducted business in 17 states including the Dallas area. Her duties included business development, raising brand awareness and speaking engagements on a national level. She was instrumental in the landing of very high profile clients such as Universal Studios, Disney Imaginarium, Four Season Resorts, Ritz Carlton to name a few.
Christina made the move to Dallas 6 years ago to specialize in the sale of land for residential and retail development. Christina has fallen in love with the Dallas Metro Plex and is focused on the Uptown and Park Cities area with an emphasis on Boutique Lifestyle living.
