Mark S. Chester was born in London, England to American parents. He attended Seaford College in England. After spending one year at school near Pisa, Italy he moved to the United States. He attended The University of Oregon then moved to North Texas State University in Denton to be near his grandmother who lived in McKinney.
It was while attending college he began his Real Estate career as an investor. Buying and selling several properties every year.
Mark began working in the travel and hotel service and sale business before being recruited to manage the Southwest office of Caviar and Fine Food / Petrossian Caviar.
Eleven years later after growing annual sales into a million dollar plus company, he became a full time professional and licensed Real Estate Agent.
Mark has closed multiple Buyer and Seller real estate transactions throughout North Texas. Mark understands that buying or selling a home can be a traumatic and confusing experience. He is an expert in assisting families through the buying and selling process making it easy for them to understand all the facets of the transaction. He has excellent communication and negotiating skills which have made all the deals seem easy, seamless and quick to his clients. He believes that creating WIN/WIN situations always makes Real Estate Transactions happen in a timely and efficient manner.
He and his family have lived in Lake Highland ( East Dallas ) since 1993 and is considered an East Dallas Neighborhood Expert and Real Estate Consultant.
